The quesadilla fajita with steak was great, filling, and cheap ($5.75 lunch special). Great service and the complimentary salsa and warm tortilla chips were excellent as well! I will definitely be going back one evening to try their margaritas!

I would rate the restaurant a 4, if it hadn't of been for the overall appearance of the restaurant. The food, however, was excellent. My husband & I very much enjoyed the food and the chips & salsa. The food came quickly and was served hot.

El Bajio is a pretty run of the mill Mexican restaurant. Most of the dishes are some permutation of beans, cheese, shredded chicken, ground beef, and tortillas. The main reason to go there is for their awesome margs, which you can buy by the pitcher. They're not too sweet or too sour and have plenty of tequila! Order an El Bajio Burrito with chicken to soak up the alcohol and enjoy the complementary chips and salsa.
